Tadeo Saenz-Thompson

Saenz-Thompson has been a National Head Start Fellow at the Office of Head Start in Washington, D.C., and is a graduate of the University of Portland. Head Start has been one of the most successful programs to come out of the 1960s, showing that low-income children who get an early educational boost can overcome their economic disadvantages.
